Thlaspi (Penny Cress)

Thlaspi, sometimes called Pennycress, is an outside-the-box, whimsical, and ornamental green filler. Thlaspi is harvested after it has bloomed and formed immature fruits. These are small (⅜ inch diam.), flat and round like a coin, and bright green, profusely dispersed along the stems. Lepidium is a very similar product to, and almost indistinguishable from, Thlaspi.
