Tim Ferral gave us an excellent presentation on the upcoming holidays and opportunities to increase speed in creating designs, increase profitability when selling customers and increase customer satisfaction by asking appropriate questions to establish customer expectations. He provided an excel spreadsheet tool and demonstrated how to calculate flower allowance, labor and selling price for each arrangement. He gave a multitude of practical tips to use every day in your shop and incorporated current design technology to increase our professionalism.
