Fragrant herb with attractive bright green leaves. Hardy foliage with strong stems, keeps well once properly hydrated. Check carefully for holes in leaves from chewing insects. Stems should be cut and hydrated in a low sugar holding solution. The lower leaves should be stripped prior to hydration. Mint can be quite limp after shipping, and if it does not respond to hydration then submerge in cold water for 15-20 minutes, and then process again.
