WHAT IS MAYESH MARKET?

DOES IT MATTER WHICH PROGRAM I ORDER FROM?

All Mayesh Market programs are a great option for your ordering needs! We offer multiple programs in order to provide you with the freshest product in the time frame that works for you.

WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS OFFERED IN ONE PROGRAM AND NOT THE OTHER?

Products are separated in Mayesh Market based on vendors, flights, trucking, country of origin, product availability, and prebooking time required by vendors.


PRODUCT QUESTIONS

THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR IS NOT LISTED. IS IT AVAILABLE?

By entering your desired product into the search bar you can check if your item is available in all of your Mayesh Market programs. If your product does not come up as available, please reach out to your branch sales rep and ask about availability and substitution options. We strive to find subs of the highest quality and similarity to what you are looking for based on the current seasonal availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Please contact your sales rep immediately. Send over pictures of the product along with a picture of the label on the box. Your sales rep will work with you to replace the product or issue you a credit/refund. Here is more information on our Claims and Credit Policy.

A PRODUCT I NEEDED DISAPPEARED FROM ONE OF THE MAYESH MARKET PROGRAMS, WHY? WHERE CAN I FIND IT AGAIN BECAUSE I STILL NEED IT?

Mayesh Market is a live inventory, based on a first come first serve principle. If the product you wanted disappears, please contact your sales rep. There is a good chance they can order it directly for you or offer a substitution.

WHAT DOES EB OR QB MEAN?

They are box sizes.

  1. EB = Eighth Box
  2. QB = Quarter Box
  3. HB = Half Box
  4. FB = Full Box

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF PRESERVED PRODUCTS?

ORDERING QUESTIONS

CAN I ORDER WEEKS IN ADVANCE OR FOR FUTURE EVENTS?

The maximum ordering window currently offered through any Mayesh Market program is seven days, through Mayesh Direct BoxLots or Farm Direct BoxLots. If you would like to order further in advance, please use the Flower Library, Product Planner, or reach out directly to your sales rep.

WHAT IS THE MAYESH PRODUCT PLANNER?

The Mayesh Product Planner allows you to create a recipe for all of your current and future events based on the flower availability for your event date. The planner will tally up the number of stems you’ll need per specified item like a bouquet or centerpiece, giving you a quote. Once you hit submit the recipe will be submitted and reviewed by your sales rep.

IF I ORDER FROM ONE OF THE MAYESH MARKET PROGRAMS AND I PLACED AN ORDER DIRECTLY WITH MY SALES REP FOR THE SAME DELIVERY DATE CAN THE ORDER BE CONSOLIDATED?

Yes! Once you place your Mayesh Market order, notify your sales rep and they will make sure the orders are shipped together.

WHY IS THE DATE I NEED IN A MAYESH MARKET PROGRAM NOT A CLICKABLE OPTION?

Each Mayesh Market program has specified availability dates due to shipping, product, and vendor requirements. Mayesh Direct BoxLots and Farm Direct BoxLots have a seven-day ordering window. If you need same or next-day product check out Live & Local. If you have future dates or events you want to plan for, use the Flower Library, Product Planner or contact your sales rep directly.

DO I HAVE TO BUY IN BULK/BOXES OR CAN I ORDER BY THE BUNCH/STEM?

If you would like to buy by the bunch/stem check out Live & Local. If you do not see the product you are looking for, reach out to your sales rep so they can work with you on your custom order.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR MAKE A CHANGE. HOW CAN I DO THIS ON MAYESH’S WEBSITE?

Unfortunately, there is no option currently to cancel items on the website. Please, contact your sales rep by EMAIL or call 888.975.9556.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR ANY OF THE MAYESH MARKET PROGRAMS?

There are no minimums on any Mayesh Market program, with exceptions for certain special sales or promotions.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, register or sign in to your account, and choose a Mayesh Market program - Mayesh Direct BoxLots, Farm Direct BoxLots, Live & Local, or Dutch Direct BoxLots. Choose the date you would like your order to be delivered and shop!

IS THERE AN OPTION TO BOOK A STANDING ORDER?

Yes. You can set up a standing order but only with your sales rep, there is currently no online option.


SHIPPING QUESTIONS

CAN I SEE LANDED COSTS VIA AIRLINES, NOT JUST MIAMI FEDEX?

Currently, for our shipping customers, we only have landed FedEx costs in our Mayesh Market programs. If you wish to ship another method, let your sales rep know and they can estimate what the shipping cost will be via airline or truck.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping charges are dependent on where you are shipping to, the method of transport, and the quantity of boxes needed to ship your order. Your sales rep will be able to give you an estimate but the confirmed amount will not be finalized until your boxes have been shipped.

IS FREIGHT INCLUDED WITH MY CHECKOUT PRICE?

Due to differing product weights and box quantities being uncertain until the boxes are packed, a finalized freight cost can not be determined until your order has already been processed and shipped.

CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING/PRIMARY ADDRESS LISTED ON MY ACCOUNT IF I ORDER ONLINE?

Currently, there is no way to change your shipping address online. However, you can call your sales rep or leave directions in the comment section on the checkouts page for your sales rep and they will work with you to get your products to the right destination.

WHY CAN'T I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD?

The Mayesh Market system is set up to ship to you based on the most efficient method available. If you need to make a change, contact your sales rep. We hope to offer additional shipping methods in the future.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We are happy to work with you to get your orders shipped internationally. However, there is no way to set your shipping destination currently for online orders, reach out to your sales rep, or call 855-462-9374.

HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED/SHIPPED?

Unless a trucking line is used, all orders are eligible for next day or two-day arrival if placed by noon with your sales rep or if ordered online with Live & Local.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

As a service to you, we track your packages for you and we will alert you to any delays or problems.


PAYMENT, CREDIT, AND RETURN QUESTIONS

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

Your credit card will be charged the day your order is ready to ship. On large orders, we reserve the right to take a deposit at the time the order is placed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY FLOWERS BEFORE I RECEIVE THEM?

Yes. Most of our customers are cash on delivery or credit card however credit terms are available upon approval of a Mayesh Credit Application.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

There is no sales tax with a valid and applicable resale license.

DO YOU HAVE NO-TOUCH PICK UP AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Yes. We have safety pick up and delivery options upon request. All Mayesh branches are willing to work with you in order to protect your health and the health of our staff.

IS THERE A COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY?

Yes. Due to the epidemic Mayesh has implemented a stricter cancellation policy to ensure we are ordering what customers really want and holding all parties accountable for placed orders. MISCELLANEOUS

DO YOU SELL TO THE PUBLIC?

As a wholesale florist, we sell to businesses and individuals with a resale license or tax ID number who work with or in the floral industry. If you are perusing our site, like our flowers, and are not a retailer please ask your local floral provider about whether they sell Mayesh products.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO USE YOUR SITE?

Yes. You will need to REGISTER with us in order to set up your Mayesh.com account to gain access to our online shopping tools. If you are a current customer and do not already have access to Mayesh Market, please reach out to your sales rep or Contact Us.

I HAVE REGISTERED WITH MAYESH, WHAT’S NEXT?

After registering with Mayesh, your information will be reviewed. You will hear back from our team within 1-3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email letting you know and your sales rep will reach out to welcome you to the Mayesh family. Your information is also sent to our ecommerce department to set up your online account. Once that is complete, you will be sent your login credentials via email (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox). WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THE TERM, “CUSTOM PACKED BOX”?

"Custom packed box" means you can pick and choose any flower bunches/stems that are currently available and we will pack and ship them in as few boxes as possible, creating custom assorted boxes.

DO YOU SELL FLORAL SUPPLIES?

We carry a full line of floral supplies at our Detroit, MI and Charlotte, NC locations. In addition, we can ship anywhere in the United States. We suggest that fragile items be shipped on a pallet via truck. Contact our Floral Supply Department at (734) 728-1553 or EMAIL for more information.
