Two events occurred last week that prompted this post. First, you may or may not have noticed that Mayesh just went through a small transition phasing out a personal profile page that was set up awhile ago for the business. When I first came on board we had the personal profile page and the business page, with both being used occasionally. Secondly, I had a customer contact me to find out how to set up a business page on Facebook. If you don’t have a business page for your floral business, I highly recommend it. Like having a website, it just part of being current and available to your customers – to be where they are and interact with them. I think I will do a whole separate post on the benefits and how-to’s of being “social”, but for now I’ll focus on the first step, setting up your business page.
