Delicate and super sensitive foliage that needs a lot of specialised care for success. To achieve any level of turgidity, the stems must be cauterized by heat immediately following harvest. Similarly, upon receipt, it is recommended that you do a fresh cut and cauterize the stems. Stabilize in cool temperatures (not cold), and allow 24 hours before use. A lot of hassle, but Iron Cross and especially the new hybrids with extremely decorative whorls of paisley patterns in rich color, make the efforts worthwhile.
