I feel like I’m bursting at the seams! Why did we decide to wait a whole weekend to announce the Mayesh Design Star Contest winner? I can’t remember a great reason. But we all made it through the weekend, took Monday to get organized, and now I can tell the world who our 1st Mayesh Design Star is!

First, (yes I’m dragging the anticipation out a little bit more) we want to thank all of our finalists and all of our contestants again. We decided to try this crazy idea and had no real idea on what the outcome would be or if anyone would embrace the challenge and make themselves vulnerable. I have to say that I would personally never be able to do anything like this . . . I would just stutter and trip over myself. I admire each and every one of you and would give you all a hug if I could! Thank you and I hope you all are proud of yourselves!

So now, for the moment that everyone is waiting for . . . our 2012 Mayesh Design Star is . . . Mandy Majerik!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations Mandy! We are so very excited to embark on this new journey with you as you become our spokesperson! We hope you enjoy your Holland trip!
